Q: Do you fix only Apple and Samsung brand of devices?
A: No. We can fix most of the mobile and tablet devices.
 
Q: How much does it cost to get a quote for repair?
A: There is no charge to get a quote. It is Free.
 
Q: What is minimum charge to inspect the device?
A: The minimum charge is $49+GST for device inspection. However if it is not urgent then you can get a FREE quote over the phone.
 
Q: How do I send and receive my device to you?
A: You can send us your device using a tracked courier. We can send you the device back once repaired in a prepaid courier bag you have supplied or can do the shipping at a reasonable cost.
 
Q: Is there any warranty on repairs?
A: Yes. All our repairs have a 3 month warranty on the parts and labour.
 
Q: Can I pay for the repair charges in instalments?
A: Yes. We do not charge any interest and we can guide you to make payment arrangement with us to pay for the device repair in small instalment amounts.
 
Q: Can I pay using my credit card?
A: Yes. We accept MasterCard and Visa. A 3% surcharge applies on all the transactions.
 
Q: What is the best way to communicate with you?
A: Our preferred method of communication is via email. We try to keep our email reply service levels within 24 hours.
 
Q: How much time it will take to fix my device?
A: Our average our turnaround time is within 3-5 working days.
